Timba Shipping Policy

We know how impatient and excited children can get, especially when new toys are involved so we always do our best to get your order to your as soon as we can.

We offer two shipping methods for our UK customers.

Free Standard Shipping: 5-9 days.

Premium Standard Shipping: 2-3 days including Tracking & Insurance if your order is lost or damaged.

All orders will be despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas this may extend by a day or so. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once it has been despatched.

Delayed orders:

We will not be liable for the delayed shipment in the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part because of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, transportation limitations, war, earthquake, flood, storm, snow.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. We are not responsible for the customs clearance/local carrier delays.

If your order is not received within 20 days from the despatch day, please contact us.

Incorrect Address:

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Our team works hard to speed up processing times and delivery so there is a small window of time to change the address of an order. If you need to change the address of an order please contact us as soon as possible however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change in time.

Once an order has been dispatched our only option is to wait and see if the order gets returned to our warehouse. In this case we can reship to a correct address or refund in full, minus the cost of shipping.

Once the parcel is dispatched, you shall receive a shipping information email with the tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to track&trace the parcel and collect it on time if, due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt the parcel has been returned to a local postal office. If the item(s) are returned to us we can reship however the customer will be liable for the additional shipping cost, or we can refund you for the order minus the initial cost.
